This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Supervisor - Solar, based in Cannanore. The Project Supervisor will oversee and manage solar installation projects, coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities also include managing project documentation, supervising installation teams, conducting quality checks, and addressing client inquiries to ensure project satisfaction.

• Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
• Comprehensive knowledge of solar energy systems and installation processes
• Leadership and team management skills to oversee installation teams effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools
• Understanding of safety and compliance regulations in solar installation projects
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in solar project management is an added advantage
