Location: TCS Noida

Experience-5 to10 Years

Shift-ANZ.(starting 2-3AM IST)

Education:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

• Chartered Accountant(Full Time)

Must Have Skills:

R2R Subject Matter Expert in Journal preparation & posting, reconciliation, month end close activities & having transition KT management experience for team, having SAP or JDE working experience, good Communication & Stakeholder Management. Also having experience in doing process improvement.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint

Responsibility:

• Should be able to perform more complex processes and exception transactions that involve greater subjective thinking & analytical ability

(or processing a much higher volume of complex transactions) relating to journal entries (preparation & posting), Month end Closing

• activities, Reporting, Fixed Asset & Lease accounting, Reconciliation of Cash & other Balance sheet items including ability to research

• open items and drive to closure

• Complete activities as per customer statement of work

• Meet Targets of TAT and Accuracy

• Be self-reliant to undertake and complete assigned work

• Undertake self assessment to verify activities done timely and accurately

• Perform Quality check of Sr. Associates & Subject Matter experts and give feedback

• Evaluate Internal control gaps, have governance with both external and internal stakeholders for risk mitigation

Other Requirements:

• Candidate should be ready to work in ANZ shift.(starting 2-3AM IST)

• Should possess positive attitude to support the business.

• 5 days work from office is mandatory including one weekend during Month-end Close cycle

• Should be medically fit to operate during ANZ shift

Step 6: You will be able to see your EP ID after logging into the iBegin website
