KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support the Project Manager to plan and execute assigned projects (such as Label update, Creative derivatives / Refresh (Business-As-Usual or BAU), etc.) in collaboration with all stakeholders and cross functional teams.
  • Plan resource requirements, timeline, and other logistics for the assigned projects. Assign tasks and coordinate with all involved teams for project execution.
  • Track internal production process and monitor milestones for timely completion (against the plan), coordinating with Studio Operations teams, Stakeholders and Vendors to resolve issues / remove roadblocks and keep the process running smooth.
  • Report project KPIs to stakeholders through various project / data tools. Create MBR (Monthly Business Review) and QBR (Quarterly Business Review) Dashboards.
  • Periodically handle high-pressure work if multiple projects are running simultaneously.
  • Support the Project Manager to deliver projects as per Novartis Brand standards, maintaining compliance | quality | production efficiency KPIs, hygiene metrics (Utilization / Productivity) goals, etc.
  • Operate with a continuous improvement mindset – look for process improvement opportunities / idea and drive their implementation.
  • Support the Leadership in driving site or global initiatives and perform additional tasks as agreed the supervisor.

Minimum Experience

2 to 3 years Project Management experience with:

  • A Global Capability / Operations Center with a Pharmaceutical organization, or
  • A consulting organization with a Pharmaceutical client

Desirable Experience

Preferably 1 year'sexposure on workingwith US FDA.

  • Language and Communication:Proficient in written and spoken English with ability to communicate clearly, succinctly across all levels in the organization
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, common Project Management Tools, Data / Analytics Tools, and comfortable to learn new applications / systems and apply them to improve business performance
  • Problem Solving:Strong problem-solving capability, confident of having difficult conversations with stakeholders, always striving to find win-win solutions
