Project Specialist

Job Location - Noida Sec 98

Shifts - EST/PST

Days - 5

Start Date - Immediate Preferred

Duties:

- Receiving incoming work assignments from PMs and assigning work to

appropriate resources

- Utilize available tools and ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness

- Keep constant communication with PMs, forecast workload, identify processes

which require improvement, and report any issues which may impact the

department.

- Maintain list of task assignments, and batch statuses

- Ensure timely delivery of projects

- Monitor daily production of assigned projects

- Communicate daily with linguists

- Ensure processes used meet all client and vendor contractual requirements

- Perform data entry to facilitate proper and timely invoicing

Skills/Qualifications:

- Experience with production or a project management environment

- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

- Comfortable with learning new technology
