Responsibilities- Oversee on-site installation of mechanical and electrical engineering projects, with a primary focus on electrical systems
- Develop and implement installation and construction plans aligned with project requirements
- Monitor installation progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to technical standards
- Lead and supervise installation teams to ensure efficient and safe project execution
- Serve as the key on-site point of contact, coordinating with clients and internal teams
- Ensure all activities comply with company EHS policies and applicable safety regulations
- Implement safety measures to protect personnel and equipment
- Support project timelines, including extended working hours when required, with compensatory time off
Requirements- Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in site supervision or installation within automation or related industries
- Practical knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems
- Strong experience in electrical installation supervision is preferred
- Willingness to travel frequently and work on project-based assignments
- Proficiency in English for workplace communication
- Strong sense of responsibility, hands-on approach, and problem-solving mindset
