Job Summary

To drive project-based sales by engaging with architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients, ensuring our products are specified, approved, and successfully executed in large-scale projects across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients
• Identify and pursue project opportunities in commercial, industrial, institutional, and infrastructure sectors.
• Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and project management firms.
• Ensure our products are specified in tender documents and project designs.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, and conduct technical presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close project sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery schedules, and execution.
• Conduct site visits and understand project requirements.
• Provide technical support and product demonstrations.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Work closely with operations, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline in CRM/ATS.
• Submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate (Engineering Preferable)
