We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Project Sales Manager to join our team in the North Capital Region.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Project Sales Manager. The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. The individual will oversee project negotiations, collaborate with internal teams, create sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends and forecasts to inform decision-making and sales outreach.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
  • Proven skills in Project Management and Team Collaboration
  • Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
  • Knowledge of market analysis, trends forecasting, and business strategy development
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales within a project-driven environment is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
