Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Secondary Sales with a strong network of high-end architects and interior designers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving secondary sales and expanding business relationships with key stakeholders in the architectural and interior design industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage business relationships with high-end architects, interior designers, and other key influencers in the urban market.
- Identify opportunities to drive secondary sales and expand business within the urban market segment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business goals.
- Actively engage with architects and interior designers to generate leads, build brand awareness, and secure business.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients and prospects to maintain strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the company's products and services.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in secondary sales, with a focus on the urban market.
- Strong network and existing relationships with high-end architects and interior designers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and drive sales.
- Strong leadership and team-handling abilities, with experience in managing a team to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities within the urban market.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Education & Experience:
- MBA & Any Graduate (Preferred).
- Minimum [2- 7] years of experience in secondary sales, preferably within the architecture or interior design industry.
