NITCO Limited is looking for a driven Project Sales Executive – Marble to develop business with large builders, real estate developers and the Architect & Designer (A&D) community.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project sales of premium marble and natural stone for large residential, commercial and hospitality projects
• Identify and develop business opportunities with large builders, developers and real estate groups
• Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers including Purchase Heads, Project Heads, PMC teams and senior stakeholders
• Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers and consultants to drive product specifications
• Track upcoming and ongoing projects and build a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits and product/sample discussions
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation and specification to commercial negotiation, order closure and collections
• Coordinate with internal teams for sampling, quotations, availability, execution and timely delivery
• Achieve assigned revenue and project-conversion targets

Who We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Project Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development
• Preferred background in Marble, Natural Stone, Tiles, Premium Surfaces or relevant building materials
• Proven exposure to large builders, developers and major projects
• Strong network within the Builder/Developer and A&D ecosystem
• Experience in specification selling and handling long project-sales cycles
• Strong communication, relationship-building and commercial negotiation skills
• Comfortable with extensive field sales and client/site visits.
