Job Description

Drive business by identifying and selling to prospects and maintaining client relationships.
Closely monitor the competitor market.
Develop a strong network with contractors, builders, HNI clients, and architects.
Generate business and handle payment follow-ups.
Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Possess closing skills, client relationship management, and presentation abilities.
Focus on client acquisition, retention, and enhancement.
Must have experience with all categories of contractors, HNI clients, individual house owners, architects, structure consultants, and project management consultants (PMC).
Meet with civil and interior contractors.
Achieve sales targets for the assigned area in project sales.
Conduct technical and commercial meetings with clients.
Prepare BOQ specifications, proposals, and proforma invoices.
Identify upcoming projects and ensure products are specified in project BOQs.
Perform competitive intelligence in the local market to improve understanding of competitors.
Follow up with existing clients.
Experience in the construction chemical and building material industry.
Maintain good relationships with builders, architects, and contractors.
