3. ABOUT ROLE:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Risk Analyst to join our team in Leeds.

4. KEY RESPONSIBILTIES / WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Assisting project teams to identify, assess, plan, and manage risks on projects, and to

ensure the risk register database is kept current and compliant.

• Maintenance of the Risk Register to include capturing risks, maintaining the risk

database, working with risk owners to devise appropriate mitigation plans, alerting risk

owners to missing information in a timely manner, following up on incomplete actions,

communicating risk across the project and generating reports to the team and

management on the process and execution of risk

• Supporting risk assessment workshops and reviews held at package and system levels

and assist in delivering these workshops when required.

• Consolidating package reports and reporting the analysis and summarization of the

results.

• Reporting the progress and effectiveness of the implementation of risk reduction

actions to the project manager.

• Assembling the risk report for senior management and the Company.

5. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or Business related course

Experience in Microsoft Office systems

Functional Skills / Key competencies

• Strong oral and written communication organisation and presentation skills

• Experience of delivering services, as a leader, or part of a team, which contributed

towards the business overall.

• Experience in business, preferably Risk Management and/or in the Oil & Gas industry

• Experience in industry, preferably in risk management, with understanding of business

operations.

• Have successfully and actively participated in, or supported Project Teams
