Job Description
- Good knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Develop and manage departmental reporting frameworks
- Provide insightful analysis of operational and financial data to support decision-making at all levels
- Prepare, format, and consolidate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on project status, asset performance, and key milestones
- Create Target Operating Model based on organizational requirements in conjunction with all the relevant stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current operations to identify inefficiencies and gaps and recommend improvements to the operating model
- Drive the implementation of process improvements identified through TOM and reporting analysis
- Work on the resourcing strategy in line with developed target operating model
- Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring version control and compliance with reporting standards
- Support data collection, analysis, and visualization for decision-making purposes
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes, ensuring actionable follow-ups
- Develop and manage databases, dashboards, and report templates for efficient project tracking
- Coordinate with multiple teams to gather relevant data and insights for reporting purposes
- Role Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in reporting, administration, or document control within infrastructure, aviation, or asset management projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools
- Experience in preparing structured reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
