Could you be the full-time Project Quality Engineer in our dynamic project team located in Coimbatore were looking for

Your future role

  • Take on a new challenge and apply your detailed-oriented and systematic expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
  • You'll lead the way in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety for our subsystem installations. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Project Management), guide the installation team on quality and safety contributions, and much more.
  • Youll specifically take care of establishing and validating Quality Installation Control Plans, ensuring the traceability of quality documents and records, and leading continuous improvement activities.

Well look to you for:

  • Interface management with customers and installation teams
  • Development and implementation of Quality Control Plans
  • Document control and ensuring compliance with approved methods
  • Site Quality Animation to foster a right-first-time mindset
  • Preparation and management of punch lists and non-conformity reports
  • Continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field)
  • Experience or understanding of industrial quality processes
  • Knowledge of Quality standards (ISO9001, IRIS) and tools
  • Familiarity with the railway industry and special process qualifications
  • A certification in Quality Management Systems.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix organization and communicate effectively
  • Emerging leadership experience with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a Quality function
