YOUR TASKS
- Manage all aspects of the project from planning to implementation and complete the projects on time and within budget.
- Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
- Create detailed work plans which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
- Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to push project development, track progress, and address potential issues.
- Manage project staff by providing direction, input, and feedback.
- Ensure all team members have the necessary resources and support to deliver on project objectives.
- Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures, manage project resources and allocate resources as necessary.
- Ensure all project outcomes meet quality standards and expectations of stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a communication strategy for all project stakeholders and conduct regular status meetings to keep stakeholders updated.
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Document project progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks and results.
- Close out projects by conducting post-project evaluations to determine the level of success and identify lessons learned for future projects.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in management, business administration, or a related field; a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a project management role with demonstrated ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse team and work collaboratively with different teams and departments.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, strategies and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, team members, and senior executives.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Skilled in risk management and problem-solving with a focus on creative solutions.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and adapt to fast-changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence others without authority.
- Adept at conducting a thorough needs analysis and ability to focus on critical priorities.
