Job Description
The Key Responsibilities:
- Support user acceptance testing of new initiatives through troubleshooting, proper documentation;
- Cross-team collaboration to solve problems/investigation and resolution.

Mandatory Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the Accounting field or in a related area
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management in a mid-size or large company with a proven record of successful delivery and customer obsession.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience managing accounting / finance process improvement and/or technology projects with aggressive schedules
Desired Skills
- Master's degree or Accounting/Finance certification (CMA or CPA) PMP Certification
- Experience supporting accounting/finance customers to set and effectively manage expectations, project deliverables, and drive resolution when conflicts or issues arise.
- Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives through influence versus direct management.

- Master's degree or Accounting/Finance certification
