Project / Program Management Senior

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale projects and programs, ensuring seamless integration across various work streams.
• Drive accountability, ownership, and alignment within cross-functional teams to meet project and program objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery, from inception through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop strategic plans for program delivery, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets.
• Manage financial and resource allocations to optimize program performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates on program status, risks, and opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program outcomes.

Required Skills:

• Strategy & Planning: Strong demonstrated abilities in setting and executing strategic plans across complex projects and programs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven track record of driving accountability and ownership within cross-functional teams.
• Program Management: 5+ years of experience managing large-scale programs with cross-work stream integration.
• Financial & Resource Management: Expertise in managing budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
