Senior Project / Program Manager - 12+ Years Experience

About the Role

The Senior Project / Program Manager will lead complex, multistream initiatives across technology, operations, and transformation domains. This role requires a seasoned leader who can drive endtoend delivery, manage crossfunctional teams, and ensure strategic alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate brings strong governance discipline, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering highimpact programs in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of largescale projects and multiphase programs.
• Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business strategy.
• Manage interdependencies, risks, and constraints across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure delivery excellence through structured governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Engage with senior leadership, business owners, and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, executive updates, and crossfunctional workshops.
• Build strong relationships across global teams to drive collaboration and decisionmaking.

Financial & Resource Management

• Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Optimize resource allocation across teams and vendors to ensure efficient delivery.
• Track ROI, benefits realization, and longterm value creation.

Process, Governance & Quality Assurance

• Establish and maintain PMO standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Implement risk management, change control, and issueresolution processes.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, lessons learned, and process optimization.

Technology & Transformation Delivery

• Oversee delivery of technologydriven initiatives including cloud migrations, automation programs, AIenabled solutions, and enterprise platform rollouts.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support adoption of Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methodologies based on project needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience managing complex projects and programs in technology, operations, or transformation environments.
• Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Proven ability to manage crossfunctional teams, vendors, and global stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make datadriven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent.
• Experience delivering cloud, automation, or AIdriven transformation programs.
• Exposure to budgeting, portfolio management, and enterprise PMO environments.
• Background in BPO, IT services, product engineering, or digital transformation.
