About the Project
The STEM to Digital Careers Project is a 4-year, multi-state CSR-supported initiative implemented across selected formal and non formal schools. The program includes STEM labs, teacher training, digital learning interventions, smart classroom enablement, and vocational skilling exposure.
Project locations include Delhi, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support end-to-end implementation of the STEM to Digital Careers project. The role involves close coordination with schools, trainers, partners, and internal teams, along with regular travel to multiple project locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day project implementation across schools and states.
Support setup and monitoring of STEM labs and digital learning activities.
Coordinate with school leadership, teachers, trainers, and technical partners.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Maintain program documentation, attendance, and progress records.
Support donor reporting, reviews, audits, and field visits.
Plan and manage field travel and logistics across project locations.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in Education, Social Work, Science, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
Postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage
Experience & Skills:
34 years of experience in school-based STEM/Digital education initiatives.
Experience working across multiple locations preferred.
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable with field-based work and frequent travel.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.
Basic understanding of STEM or digital education is a plus.
Travel Requirement:
This role requires regular travel to project locations across: Delhi, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
