Roles & Responsibilities :-

Manage and lead a team of engineers and technicians throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

Coordinate with various stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues, implementing effective mitigation

strategies.

Conduct regular project status meetings to keep the team informed. Discuss order amendments and

ensure all customer approvals and closure of each project

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.

Key Skills Required :-

Proven experience in project management, preferably in related industry

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Role Requirements :-

Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering

Experience : 5 - 7 Years

Certifications : PMI-PMP
