Project Planning Engineer

Job Description:

• Candidate having minimum 8–12 years of experience in Planning & Scheduling and Mandatory experience in High Voltage Transmission Line Projects, Experience in execution of 380kV / 400kV / 765kV or higher voltage lines, Experience in EPC environment preferred, must have completed 2–3 projects involving
• Project Planning & Scheduling, Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project. Develop WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) for transmission line projects, Baseline schedule preparation and approval, and track project milestones and critical activities.
• Monitoring & Control, Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress, Conduct delay analysis and identify critical path, Prepare catch-up plans and recovery schedules, Ensure adherence to contractual timeline.
• Resource & Cost Planning, Prepare manpower, machinery, and material deployment plans, Assist in budget tracking and cost control, Monitor productivity and site performance
• Reporting & Coordination, Prepare MIS reports and progress presentations, Coordinate with site team, design, procurement, and client, Participate in review meetings and planning discussions, Maintain documentation for claims and variation analysis.

Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel (Advanced)
