Role Description:The Planning Engineer role is a contract basis, on-site position based in Talegaon. The individual in this role will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate construction planning activities, and track progress against milestones to ensure timely and efficient delivery of work. Responsibilities include preparing planning documents and reports, analyzing project data, supporting project control functions, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. The Planning Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, communicate risks and changes, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects aligned with scope, budget, and timelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Qualification: Relevant Engineering Degree (such as Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent professional experience.
2. Employment Type: Contract Basis primarily 1 year contract (renewable based on the extension of project)
3. Working experience in Korean company will be given preference.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Planning and Construction Planning skills for scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Auto CAD, BOMs experience must.
• BOQ for Steel Structure, Concrete Work, Finish Work and Panel work.
• Quantity Calculation ability.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for evaluating project performance, identifying risks, and supporting data-driven decisions.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with project teams, stakeholders, and management.
• Candidates should possess Project Control skills for monitoring progress, managing changes, and supporting cost and time control measures.
• Relevant engineering degree (such as Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in planning or project control functions.
• Proficiency in planning and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and standard office software.
• Ability to work on-site in Talegaon, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
