Roles And Responsibilities
- Key Skills required for the role - Project Planning, Monitoring & Controlling, Critical Path Analysis, Project Scheduling, Risk Management
- Develop business concepts into defined projects
- Prepare project feasibility reports, cost estimates & execution plans
- Prepare scope of work for detail Engineering Consultant
- Prepare work breakdown structure
- Detailed understanding and working as per Project Execution documents.
- Project completion on time, within the budget
- Ensure availability on time, the Engineering deliverables and materials for construction
- Ensure implementation of uniform procedures, methods & control philosophies.
- Review, control & ensure optimal value on time, cost, resources & quality parameters
- Prepare, coordinate & control schedule for all project activities
- Prepare MIS reports
- Coordination with procurement group for Project purchases
- Manage Construction at sites.
- Manage project contracts
- Coordinate among Projects, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Vendors, Contractors & Operations for smooth & efficient commissioning.
- Implement RBML Quality & HSSE Management at Project sites.
- Perform Risk Management
- Co-ordination with Field team & Engg team MIS Reporting
