About QCI

The Quality Council of India (QCI) is a premier autonomous body set up by Government of India. QCI is responsible for creating a Quality Mindset and envisions to ensure quality across products and services that touch every citizen. As an independent and autonomous body, QCI creates a mechanism for independent third-party assessments of products, services, and processes, coordinating its activities through its constituent boards and divisions. The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, serves as the nodal point for QCI.

Minimum Qualification:

Full-time regular Master's degree in a relevant subject / MBA / M.Tech or equivalent

Minimum Experience:

At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in project management, monitoring, and evaluation functions, including at least 3 years of experience working with Government or State Departments.

Brief Responsibilities & Skills Required:

  • Demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills to guide teams, coordinate activities, and ensure effective project execution.
  • Experienced in team and budget management, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial control across project operations.
  • Proficient in project management tools and digital dashboards for efficient planning, monitoring, and evaluation of project progress.
  • Applies strategic thinking and risk management to identify challenges, anticipate risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, documentation, and engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels.
