The role focuses on ensuring high standards of infrastructure maintenance, safety, aesthetics and civic compliance through effective site supervision, vendor coordination and liaison with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure overall maintenance, cleanliness, safety, lighting, landscaping and structural integrity
- Conduct regular and surprise site inspections to assess condition and identify repair or upgrade requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact with BMC and other civic authorities for matters related to water supply, electricity connections, permissions, repairs, and compliance
- Manage issue resolution with authorities in case of breakdowns, complaints or civic notices
- Manage and coordinate multiple vendors and service partners including housekeeping, landscaping, electrical and civil contractors
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs and work orders for maintenance, repair, refurbishment or upgrade activities
- Evaluate repair options and recommend cost-effective solutions
- Maintain site records including inspection reports, vendor bills, work orders and approval documentation
- Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders on site status, issues and improvements
Education and Experience
- Mandatory Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience:
- Project-based experience in site execution, monitoring or maintenance roles
- Exposure to infrastructure, facilities, construction or public utility projects preferred
- Prior experience dealing with municipal or government authorities is desirable
