We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 8-15 years of experience to join our PMO in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to drive project success through collaboration and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and project management methodologies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct project evaluations and assessments to improve future project outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
