Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager - IBMS (CFS) to lead the execution and delivery of Integrated Building Management System projects with a primary focus on
CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Video Management Systems, and other Electronic Security Solutions. The role requires strong expertise in project execution, project management, stakeholder coordination, team leadership, and commercial management to ensure successful project delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of IBMS and CFS projects from project kickoff to final handover.
- Lead implementation of CCTV, Access Control, Visitor Management, Command Center, Intrusion Detection, and integrated security solutions.
- Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project milestones and contractual commitments.
- Manage installation, testing, commissioning, integration, and handover activities.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure project profitability through effective cost control and resource management.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site execution teams.
- Identify project risks and implement timely mitigation plans.
- Drive billing milestones, project documentation, variation orders, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and customer standards.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status reports to management.
Educational Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Telecommunications, or related Engineering discipline.
- PMP or Project Management Certification will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience in project execution and project management.
- Hands-on experience in IBMS/CFS projects involving CCTV and Access Control Systems.
- Experience managing commercial buildings, data centers, airports, metro, healthcare, industrial, or smart city projects.
- Proven experience handling multiple stakeholders and large project teams.
