Role Description The Project Manager for Canada opportunities will oversee end-to-end coordination of client immigration and visa consulting projects. This full-time, on-site role based in Canada involves managing project timelines, aligning resources, and ensuring that each client's application process adheres to relevant rules and regulations. The Project Manager will work closely with consultants, expeditors, and logistics partners to track documentation, schedule inspections or verifications when required, and mitigate delays. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, maintaining accurate records, communicating updates to clients and internal stakeholders, and identifying process improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. The role also requires collaborating with leadership to forecast workload, manage priorities, and uphold compliance with internal quality standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management, Expeditor, and Expediting, to handle multiple client cases efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inspection and Logistics Management to coordinate documentation checks, verifications, and movement of case files or related materials.
- Proven experience in managing service-oriented projects, preferably in immigration consulting, legal services, or professional advisory domains.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, law, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Canadian immigration processes or willingness to develop expert knowledge through training and self-learning.
- Proficiency with project tracking tools and common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, document management systems).
