We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in India, managing projects for our Australian clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project planning, execution, and closing phases.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans and status reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Engage with stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance and implement necessary changes to ensure project success.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6-15 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
