Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end project delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can effectively handle clients, drive scrum ceremonies, gather and translate requirements, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Exposure to AI tools and modern project management platforms is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects across the full lifecyclefrom requirement gathering to delivery and closure.
- Conduct and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and relationship building.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, AI/ML teams) to ensure smooth execution.
- Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies; proactively mitigate issues.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement in delivery processes.
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT / Software / Product-based environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in Agile / Scrum methodology.
- Proven experience in client handling and stakeholder management.
- Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, system design basics, and delivery management.
- Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good To Have
- Exposure to or hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, AI-based analytics or automation tools).
- Experience working on AI/ML or data-driven projects.
- Scrum Master or PMP certification.
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise-scale applications.
