Project Manager workspace Interior

Role Description The Project Manager – Workspace Interior is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role oversees end-to-end project delivery for corporate interior fit-outs, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with architects, engineers, vendors, and clients. Daily responsibilities include monitoring site progress, managing procurement and expediting of materials, conducting inspections for quality and safety, and resolving on-site issues to keep projects on time and within scope. The Project Manager will also prepare status reports, manage logistics for timely deliveries, ensure adherence to design specifications and regulatory requirements, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with the ability to oversee multiple interior projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Inspection skills to perform regular site checks, ensure quality standards, and verify compliance with design and safety norms.
• Logistics Management skills to plan material flow, manage deliveries, and support efficient site execution.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, or a related discipline.
• Experience in corporate interiors or banking/financial sector projects is mandatory.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and basic knowledge of AutoCAD , microsoft office or similar softwares.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage teams, and handle fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
• Experience- 2 to 7 years
