The CORE Project Manager partners closely with U.S.‑based senior Project Managers, business leads, technology teams, vendors, and ETX partners, enabling experienced FTE PMs to focus on complex delivery, strategic outcomes, and executive engagement.

  • Maintain detailed project plans and integrated timelines across workstreams
  • Coordinate vendor deliverables and milestones in partnership with ETX and external partners
  • Prepare accurate and timely status reporting for leadership, SteerCo, and portfolio reviews
  • Draft meeting agendas, capture meeting notes, and document decisions and action items
  • Follow up on action items to ensure accountability and timely completion

Portfolio‑Level Initiative Ownership

  • Own and manage smaller, cross‑functional initiatives that do not require a full FTE Project Manager
  • Support tactical, operational, or regulatory efforts requiring disciplined coordination and follow‑through
  • Ensure initiatives remain active, risks are visible, and delivery does not stall due to capacity constraints
  • Apply consistent governance, controls, and reporting standards across assigned efforts

Core Competencies

  • Proactive risk identification and escalation
  • Strong stakeholder communication and coordination across time zones
  • Ability to operate in a structured governance environment
  • Effecitve time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to collaborate with other project managers and cross-functional teams

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent execution hygiene across assigned programs and initiatives
  • Reduced delivery risk on smaller, high‑impact efforts
  • Accurate, audit‑ready project documentation at all times
  • Clear, reliable reporting for leadership and portfolio reviews
  • Strong coordination with U.S. stakeholders, vendors, and ETX partners
  • Improved capacity and focus for senior Project Managers

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and follow‑through skills
  • Experience working with cross‑functional business and technology teams, including global stakeholders
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries
  • Exposure to vendor‑supported delivery or ETX‑style partner engagement
  • Familiarity with project governance, reporting standards, and delivery controls
