- Coordinating with cross-discipline team to ensure that all are on track with project requirements
- Coordinating the development of user manuals &.training materials as needed for implementation of the process
- Conducting post-project evaluation
Required Candidate profile
- Certified Associate in Project Manager (CAPM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid
- Experience on CRM tools.
