Role Overview

This role is ideal for a highly organized project manager who can coordinate multiple marketing campaigns, creative assets, stakeholders, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage the operational delivery of low-to-mid complexity marketing campaigns from initial intake through final launch. Acting as the central point of contact, you will ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule while proactively resolving risks and production challenges.

Job Description

• Manage low-to-mid complexity marketing campaigns from initial intake through final launch
• Plan and track campaign milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
• Ensure campaigns launch on time and meet all quality and technical requirements
• Identify campaign blockers and production issues, escalating risks when required
• Prioritize multiple campaigns and manage competing deadlines
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to source campaign assets and key art
• Manage asset workflows across intake, design production, review, and final delivery
• Review and validate asset packages against creative, technical, and campaign specifications
• Coordinate the delivery of final creative assets for trafficking
• Maintain campaign trackers, project documentation, and regular status reports
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, design, production, and other cross-functional teams
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned campaigns and titles
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across different functions and regions
• Communicate campaign progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers clearly
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign workflows and operational processes
• Analyze recurring operational issues and determine their root causes
• Support automation and technology-led improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
• Track operational metrics, workloads, timelines, and campaign capacity
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve campaign delivery

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in digital production, project management, marketing operations, or a related field
• Experience managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
• Experience working with cross-functional and external stakeholder teams
• Strong project planning, prioritization, and documentation capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of digital advertising and campaign workflows
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure delivery accuracy

Preferred Traits

• Experience in digital advertising or marketing operations
• Exposure to the entertainment, media, or streaming industry
• Experience managing creative production and digital assets
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet or Asana
• Experience with Salesforce or similar campaign and trafficking systems
• Understanding of process improvement and operational optimization
• Experience working with data, operational metrics, and reporting
• Ability to work effectively through ambiguity and changing priorities
• Interest in automation and technology-driven process improvements
• Proactive approach to identifying risks and resolving operational challenges
