Job Summary
We are looking for a
Project Manager with strong experience in
Logistics and Operations Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing manpower, transportation activities, project execution, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Advanced Excel skills are mandatory for reporting and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor overall project operations at the site.
- Handle and supervise manpower deployment effectively.
- Oversee transportation and logistics operations, ensuring timely movement of materials and vehicles.
- Maintain and analyze daily reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Dashboard preparation, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth execution of project activities.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
- Report daily progress to the higher management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 46 years of experience in Logistics / Operations / Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of transportation and manpower management.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field operations efficiently.
Reporting Structure
- The Project Manager will report to Ranjan Sir.
- All Senior Executives joining under this project will report to the Project Manager.
