Project Managers at Schbang act as the execution bridge between business goals, creative
output, and technology delivery.
About the Role
Own end-to-end delivery of digital projects across websites, platforms, and integrated
campaigns.
Work closely with design, development, content, QA, media, and analytics teams.
Drive structured execution, client communication, timelines, scope control, and
quality delivery in a fast-paced agency setup.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery and Execution
Manage project lifecycle from requirements and scope to planning, execution, QA,
and final delivery.
Define milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across workstreams.
Ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-quality delivery across multiple tasks and
stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, tech, content, QA, and external
vendors.
Agile Delivery and Governance
Run agile ceremonies as applicable: sprint planning, daily standups, backlog
grooming, and retrospectives.
Maintain project documentation including trackers, user stories, acceptance criteria,
and release plans.
Track progress using tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Smartsheet and
provide visibility to stakeholders.
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and escalate with clear solutions.
Client and Stakeholder Management
Act as the day-to-day SPOC for clients for delivery updates and coordination.
Manage expectations related to timelines, scope changes, and deliverables.
Share weekly status updates, trackers, and clear action plans with internal and
external stakeholders.
Prepare and present decks and delivery plans when required.
Website and Platform Management
Manage ongoing website maintenance, enhancements, and content updates.
Coordinate bug fixes, troubleshooting, QA cycles, and UAT sign-offs with tech teams.
Support CMS workflows for Shopify, WordPress, AEM, Magento, or custom CMS
solutions.
Ensure platform stability, performance hygiene, and delivery readiness.
Reporting and Continuous Improvement
Support reporting on website performance metrics using GA4 and other tools with
analytics teams.
Coordinate audits and improvements related to UX, SEO basics, content hygiene,
and performance.
Identify workflow improvements and support standardization of delivery processes.
Required Skills and Competencies
Strong project execution experience in digital, web, or technology delivery.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
Working knowledge of web platforms, CMS ecosystems, and delivery workflows.
Functional understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical documentation.
Practical understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and time management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or
Smartsheet.
Good to Have
Agency or consulting experience in digital delivery.
Exposure to QA workflows, CMS rollouts, and website troubleshooting.
Understanding of SEO and web analytics fundamentals.
Experience coordinating global or multi-region stakeholders.
Certifications such as CSM, PMP, or Agile Practitioner.
