Project Manager

Vibescapes Hospitality House | Mulshi, Maharashtra

Vibescapes is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a new hospitality development project in Mulshi.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can take a project from planning through execution and handover while keeping timelines, budgets, quality and teams firmly under control.

What You'll Be Responsible For

* End-to-end project planning and execution

* Creating and managing the master project schedule

* Monitoring timelines, milestones and critical path

* Budget management and cost-to-complete tracking

* Procurement, vendor selection and negotiations

* Managing contractors, sub-vendors and site teams

* Reviewing and certifying project bills

* Material planning, reconciliation and cost control

* Coordination across civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other MEP works

* Quality control and high-finish execution

* Managing site progress, manpower and daily work fronts

* Identifying delays and implementing corrective action

* Project reporting and regular updates to management

* Site safety, labour compliance and statutory requirements

* Snagging, finishing and final project handover

Who We're Looking For

* 8–15 years of relevant project management experience

* B.E./B.Tech Civil or Diploma Civil

* Proven experience taking a project from foundation to completion and handover

* Strong experience in construction and project execution

* Hospitality, resort, luxury villa or high-finish development experience is a strong advantage

* Strong understanding of project costing, procurement and billing

* Excellent vendor and team management skills

* Comfortable working with MS Project / Primavera and Excel

* Strong attention to detail and accountability

* Willingness to be full-time site-based in Mulshi
