Key Responsibilities
- Build plans for each and every project/program, own execution and prepare framework for review with leaders regularly.
- Active involvement in PI planning and participation in daily standups
- Active involvement in CT system level activities to ensure system integration and support with documentations in compliance to QMS requirements
- Work with cross-functional team to ensure execution of projects as per plan, highlight risks if any.
- Work and interact with suppliers, manufacturing, SQE to manage the supplier deliveries and schedule for component procurements.
- Work with Bay/lab leader for booking of labs as needed.
- Track the expenses under various projects and co-ordinate with PM for the budget.
- Managing the PO requests to be raised and renewals.

Work Experience
BE/ B Tech in Mechanical, Electrical ,Electronics or equivalent
Min. 8+ years experience in Product development engineering domain with last 3-5 yrs of demonstrated program management skills on multiple projects end to end.
Proficiency with MS project, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for Analysis and dashboard creation of KPI's.
