Job Overview
Join us as a Project Manager to lead strategic client engagements for our US collections and financial services portfolio. You'll own the complete client journey from initial onboarding through expansion ensuring exceptional delivery and driving measurable business outcomes. This high-visibility role directly impacts our growth trajectory in the US market. You'll be at the forefront of Voice AI and GenAI innovation, managing implementations of our industry-leading conversational AI platform and shaping how enterprises leverage AI for customer engagement.
What You'll Do
During Solutioning:
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Design custom solutions aligned with client objectives
During Onboarding
- Lead kickoff meetings and work closely with client's business stakeholders, tech stakeholders, and client's other vendors to ensure timely integrations and deployment
- Conduct discovery sessions to document requirements and constraints, then develop and execute comprehensive rollout plans
- Lead a team of solution and prompt engineers to develop custom bots specifically suited to the needs, policies, and processes of each client
During Activation
- Conduct daily/weekly performance reviews with clients to drive continuous optimization of campaign performance based on analysis and insights generated
- Monitor SLA compliance and proactively address gaps
During Expansion
- Lead quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders to develop strategic growth roadmaps
- Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Essential Experience
What we are looking for-
- 5-8 years of project management experience, ideally in collections or financial services
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-value client relationships
- Familiarity with API integrations and technical troubleshooting
- Excellence in stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels
- Strong escalation management and conflict resolution abilities
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with collections technology stack - CRM platforms, Campaign management tools, payment gateways, and integrations with these platforms
- Experience with Voice AI, conversational AI, chatbot implementations or SaaS/CPaaS projects
- Experience with AI/ML solutions in financial services
- Background in consulting and understanding of collections workflows and best practices
