Role Description The Project Manager will oversee interior design projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with designers, vendors, and contractors, managing project schedules and budgets, and monitoring progress on-site in Salem. The role involves handling material procurement, tracking deliveries, resolving issues that may affect timelines, and ensuring quality standards are met through regular inspections. This is a contract, on-site role based in Salem, requiring close collaboration with the team and frequent communication with clients to provide updates and manage changes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage material procurement and ensure timely delivery of resources.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify workmanship, materials, and compliance with design and quality standards.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize site operations, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in project management, engineering, architecture, interior design, or related fields are beneficial.
• Previous experience managing construction or interior fit-out projects, preferably in residential or commercial interiors, is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work on-site and handle multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in basic project tracking tools and familiarity with design or construction workflows is desirable.
