Job Title: Project Manager – Unit4 ERP (Agresso / ERPx)
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Unit4 ERP (Agresso / ERPx / Business World) to lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and AMS engagements. The role involves managing delivery across Financials, Procurement, HCM, Projects, and FP&A, ensuring successful execution of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
Experience
- 10+ years overall IT experience
- 5+ years in ERP program/project management
- Experience in at least 2 full-cycle ERP implementations or major upgrades
- Exposure to Unit4 ERP preferred; SAP/Oracle/Workday acceptable with Unit4 exposure
- Cloud migration experience (Unit4 ERPx preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle: Discovery to Hypercare
- Own project delivery, budget, margin, and governance
- Manage cross-functional teams (functional, technical, testing, change management)
- Drive client engagement up to CIO/CFO level
- Ensure adherence to Unit4 Activate or equivalent methodology
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
- Track KPIs (SLA, CSAT, defects, schedule & cost variance)
- Support change requests and identify upsell opportunities
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Unit4 modules: Financials, Procurement, HCM, Projects, FP&A
- Understanding of VITA architecture and Unit4 integrations/APIs
- Experience with ERPx cloud migration
- Tools: MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Clarity
- Strong risk, estimation, and dependency management skills
Preferred
- Domain experience: Higher Education, Public Sector, Nonprofit, Professional Services
- PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe certification
- Integration exposure: Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Azure
- Multi-region delivery experience (UK, EU, NA, ANZ)

- Strong stakeholder and executive communication
- Commercial acumen (margin, scope control)
- Leadership and conflict resolution
- Ability to manage high-pressure delivery environments
Education
- Bachelor's in Engineering / Computer Science / Finance or related field
- MBA preferred
