Project Manager

Company Description Unique Interiors is an interior solutions company focused on delivering functional, aesthetically refined spaces for residential and commercial clients. The team collaborates closely with clients, designers, and contractors to manage projects from concept through completion.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Project Manager will oversee interior projects from planning through handover, including defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors; scheduling and tracking project activities; and ensuring work quality and compliance with specifications. The role involves supervising expediting of materials, monitoring logistics and site readiness, and resolving issues that could impact deadlines or costs. The Project Manager will prepare regular status reports, manage documentation, support inspections, and drive continuous improvement in project workflows and client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong project oversight capabilities, including Project Management skills and experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Hands-on experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
• Knowledge of Inspection processes to verify quality, adherence to design specifications, and compliance with safety standards.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management for scheduling deliveries, managing site inventory, and coordinating with suppliers and transport partners.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, track costs, and support vendor negotiations and contract administration.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions, team coordination, and conflict resolution.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and follow-through on commitments.
• Experience in interiors, fit-out, or construction projects in a site-based role, preferably within the Pune region or similar markets.
• Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, project scheduling software); readiness to work on-site and visit multiple project locations as needed.
