Experience: 8–10 Years

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering

Job Overview

:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with expertise in Structural Repairs, Rehabilitation, and Waterproofing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining strong coordination with all stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple structural repair/rehabilitation projects simultaneously
• Directly report to the Proprietor on project status and progress
• Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and labor teams
• Monitor site execution, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Prepare and present daily progress reports and updates
• Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines and budgets
• Resolve on-site issues with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical expertise in Structural Repairs, Rehabilitation, and Waterproofing
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in project coordination and stakeholder management
• Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India project locations

• Proven experience in handling large-scale or multiple ongoing projects
• Self-driven, responsible, and capable of working independently
