Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Travel Implementation Project Manager with 6+ years of experience to lead end-to-end travel program implementations. You will be responsible for managing client onboarding, office moves, closures, and ad-hoc initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery aligned with business goals and client expectations. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, driving timelines, scope, and quality across multiple projects.

Your Profile

  • Lead and manage travel implementation projects from onboarding to post-implementation
  • Act as the primary contact for stakeholders and project teams
  • Drive planning meetings, weekly calls, and track project progress (RAG status)
  • Ensure timelines are met and manage risks, issues, and escalationsCoordinate testing, technical setup, and readiness for launch
  • Support global implementation activities and client communication
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure smooth handoverIdentify opportunities to improve processes and delivery timelines
