Roles and Responsibilities:

Besides a keen sense of detail and a tinge of OCD, we want you to

  • Collaborate with the design team post design sign-off to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of the design documentation, including plans, specifications, and client preferences.
  • Organize a detailed meeting with the client to walk them through the execution process step by step.
  • Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively address issues that may arise during the project.
  • Create and manage budgets, ensuring that the project stays within financial constraints.
  • Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure that the on-site works are in compliance with the design sign-off shared by the design team. Conduct regular quality checks throughout the project.
  • Address any challenges or conflicts that may arise during the project and find effective solutions to keep the project moving forward.
  • Monitor project timelines and deadlines, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
  • Conduct a post-project evaluation to assess what worked well and areas for improvement. Use this feedback for continuous improvement in future projects.
  • Document daily project progress, milestones, and client interactions meticulously in the CRM tool.
  • Ensure real-time updates in the CRM for transparent tracking of project development and effective communication with clients.

Requirements

Must haves to apply:

  • Hold a Masters Degree in Project management from a reputed Institution.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of four years of professional experience in Commercial or Residential interiors.
  • Possess a profound understanding of raw materials, hardware and man powers skillset to execute interior design projects.
  • Exhibit a discerning eye for differentiating between good and bad workmanship.
  • Proficient in understanding technical drawings.
  • Proficient in CAD software applications.
  • A confident and compelling tone of communication. Eloquent English Telugu Hindi gets you an extra point.
