Hiring: Project Manager – Technology Project Delivery Head
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai | Work From Office
Experience: 10–15+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Max 30 Days
We are looking for an experienced Technology Project Delivery Head / Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead multiple technology projects from initiation to deployment and support
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks and delivery KPIs
• Lead cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, DevOps, BAs, Technical Leads & Architects
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
• Manage client relationships, executive stakeholders and project escalations
• Oversee web, mobile, cloud, enterprise applications, CMS, eCommerce and digital transformation projects
• Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure and Security teams
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and engineering excellence
• Champion adoption of AI-powered development and delivery tools

Candidates with hands-on exposure to tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Amazon Q, Windsurf or equivalent AI coding assistants will be preferred.
Experience in AI-assisted coding, documentation, testing, estimation, sprint planning, code reviews and AI governance will be an advantage.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field
Preferred: PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM / PSM / PMI-ACP / SAFe / Cloud or AI certifications
