At The Design Plexus, we believe successful projects are built through seamless coordination, clear communication, and efficient execution. We're looking for a Project Manager who can support the delivery of architecture, interior, and landscape projects with precision and accountability.

Project Manager

Experience: 2-3 Years

Vacancy: 1

We're looking for someone who has:

- Experience in project coordination or project management for architecture, interior, and landscape projects

- Basic understanding of construction processes and site execution

- Ability to assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from execution to handover

- Knowledge of BOQs (Bill of Quantities), quantity verification, and material tracking

- Basic understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking

- Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams

- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and landscape drawings

- Experience in site supervision, quality checks, and progress monitoring

- Ability to prepare project reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and maintain project documentation

- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines

Software Skills:

- AutoCAD

- Microsoft Excel

- MS Office

- AI Tools (Proficient)

- Microsoft Project (Preferred)

Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Location: Mumbai
