Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Implement project management methodologies and best practices to enhance project efficiency.
- Utilize big data technologies to drive data modernization efforts within the organization.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective communication among team members.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in end-to-end Project Management (initiation to delivery)
- Expertise in managing Big Data and Data modernization projects
- Good understanding of Data platforms, data pipelines, and analytics ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Scrum ceremonies
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams (data engineers, analysts, architects, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Risk management and issue resolution expertise
- Ability to track project KPIs, milestones, and delivery timelines
- Proficiency in preparing executive-level project status reports and presentations
- Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar)
Education: Relevant degree in a related field
