Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Telecom Project Manager with a demonstrated track record in leading

complex process transitions, service migrations, and transformation programs within the

telecommunications industry.

The ideal candidate will serve as the pivotal link between strategy and

execution ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business

impact.

Key Responsibilities:-

Process Transition & Transformation:

• Lead end-to-end transition planning and delivery across business, network operations, and

shared services.

• Responsible for transition framework on cut-over, rollback, parallel-run, and stabilization

plans.

• Manage BPO transitions, including knowledge transfer, SOPs, and steady-state handover.

• Drive process to improves efficiency, cycle time, and cost.

• Oversee CRM, billing, ERP, and network-tool transitions with IT, vendors, and business

owners.

Project Delivery & Ownership:

Take full end-to-end ownership of project delivery from

initiation to closure, ensuring all project milestones, deadlines, and quality standards are met

within scope and budget.

• Lead project planning sessions, define project schedules, and create comprehensive project

plans that effectively track progress and manage dependencies.

• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, escalating as needed and

implementing effective contingency plans.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, providing regular

updates on project status, risks, and performance metrics to key stakeholders.

• Provide strong technical management and oversight for the development and delivery of

innovative automation solutions.

• Manage resource allocation and workload to ensure optimal team productivity and project

success.

• Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, including

clients, internal technical teams, and senior leadership.

• Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure transparency and alignment on project

goals and progress.

Project Planning & Delivery:

• Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, and quality.

• Manage budgets, track spend, and report variances.

• Maintain RAID logs with clear mitigation actions.

• Run sprint and phase-gate reviews to confirm readiness.

Stakeholder & Change Management:

• Serve as primary contact for CXO stakeholders, senior leaders, governance forums, and

cross-functional teams including Network, IT, OSS/BSS, Finance, HR, Legal, and

Commercial.

• Implement change plans covering communication, training, and adoption tracking, while

aligning all internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

• Run steering committees, reviews, and executive updates with dashboards, and define RACI

frameworks to drive clear accountability across business, vendor, and regulatory

stakeholders.

• Coordinate with OEM/SI vendors, offshore teams, and partners on quality and SLA delivery,

managing expectations and supporting pre-sales on transition costs, timelines, and delivery

assurance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics / Telecom / IT), Computer Science, or a related

discipline.

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in

a telecom environment.

• Demonstrable experience managing process transition, service migration, or business

transformation projects.

• Strong command of project management tools

• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-stakeholder management skills.

• Preferred qualification - PMP (PMI), PRINCE2 Practitioner, or MSP certification.

• Exposure to cloud migration, network rollout, or digital transformation programmes in a

telecom context.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics for each transition milestone and steady state phase.

• Build and maintain real-time project dashboards (JIRA, MS Project, Power BI, or equivalent)

for portfolio-level visibility.

• Conduct post-transition reviews and lessons-learned workshops, implement findings into the

PMO knowledge base.

• Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and data-governance requirements throughout the

project lifecycle.
