Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager Telecom role based in Bhopal. The Project Manager Telecom will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of telecom-related project activities within solar and electrical infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensuring adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The role involves supervising expediting activities, monitoring logistics and material movement, and organizing inspections to ensure timely availability and quality of equipment and components. The Project Manager will prepare progress reports, maintain project documentation, communicate with clients and vendors, and actively resolve risks and issues to keep projects on track.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience in engineering, telecom, or infrastructure domains.
• Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as experience as an Expeditor and hands-on Expediting to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Candidates should possess inspection-related skills, including conducting Inspection, quality checks, and compliance reviews for telecom and electrical installations.
• Candidates should possess logistics-related skills, such as Logistics Management, coordination of material movement, and vendor follow-up.
• Relevant engineering or technical degree/diploma (Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, or related field) preferred.
• Knowledge of telecom infrastructure, solar power projects, and electrical systems will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, negotiate with vendors, and work within timelines and budgets.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in standard project management and office software tools.
