Project management for MES(Manufacturing Execution System) and IoT (Internet of Things) implementations across multiple HMSI manufacturing sites.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Plant Engineering, Production, Quality, and External vendors.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISA-95)
Oversee system integration with ERP (SAP), SCADA, PLCs, and other enterprise systems.
Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and post-implementation performance.
Understanding of data analytics, machine learning, and predictive maintenance.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, and related fields
3 to 5 years of experience in MES/IoT project implementation and management in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of MES/IIoT platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi, Bosch).
Familiarity with IoT platforms, edge computing, and industrial protocols (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT).
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
